Delivery or Returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all of our orders with in 1 working day.
We use either Royal Mail 1st Class or Evri Standard Postage unless otherwise requested.
all of our delivery costs are worked out by weight and start at £3.50.
Orders should take 2 to 3 days to arrive, we ask customer whose orders have not arrived by the end of 3rd day to contact us, this enables us to chase our delivery companies.
Cancellations / Amending of Orders
We ask all customers to contact us as soon as possible with regards to cancellation and amendments to orders. If the order has not been dispatched we are happy to make amends to the order or to cancel the order with no administration fees.
If however the order has already been dispatched then we ask the customer to return the order to us for a full refund of the puzzles once we have received the goods back, we would not refund the shipping costs unless it was our error or there was an issue with the product. The customer would be liable to pay postage to return the item/s to us unless it was our error or there was an issue with the product then we would pay for the return upon proof of payment of return i.e receipt for postage.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it to us, then please let us know you are returning your order to us via the contact us page and return the order to

Once we have received your order back, e will issue you a full refund of the puzzles , we would not refund the shipping costs unless it was our error or there was an issue with the product.

We try our best to give excellent customer service, occasionally we may be let down by our delivery service, compensation for late delivery will be on a case by case review.
